Live Webcast at Kulak’s Woodshed!
February 22 @ 8:00 pm - 9:30 pm
Kulak’s Woodshed is a cultural treasure in North Hollywood and we are thrilled to be doing a series of shows there over the coming year or so, webcast live around the world. Shows will start at 8 pm’ish Pacific Standard Time. We’d do it earlier for you guys in other time zones, but Kulak’s is largely run by volunteers and 8 pm is the earliest they can do. No worries, the show will be available later on our YouTube channel.
To watch online:
We will be webcasting live via Concert Window on the Woodshed’s channel. Just click here to view the Woodshed’s channel; note that if you are clicking at some time other than our show you may see some of the other fine performers they get there. If you miss the show, be advised we will eventually post an edited version (minus the boring parts) on GriffinEd’s YouTube channel for your viewing pleasure.
If you want to be in our live studio audience:
We would love to see you! Kulak’s Woodshed is located at 5230 Laurel Canyon Blvd. in exotic North Hollywood, CA. Admission is free, though donations are welcome. Be advised the venue does not serve food or drinks (they’re all about the webcast) except for a pot of coffee in the back, so we suggest you eat dinner before you come; you may also bring snacks (non-messy please) and non-alcoholic beverages if you like. Park on the street; be wary of the signs. Doors open about 7 pm, show starts at 8 pm sharpish. If you sit near the stage, you will probably appear on camera so dress geeky and behave yourself!
At 9:20’ish Tim will be followed by Lauren Marie, not doing kids’ music but still kid-safe. She says her music is “emotionally turbulent deconstructed pop.” We just call it awesome, and we think you will too. Lauren will be accompanied by the incredible Kim Ward (yes, THAT Kim Ward!) on piano.
